Our story starts with the sale of our ICT, security and operator services. Once the Account Manager has found out what the customer's needs are with regard data networking, telecoms and/safety & security applications an expert Solution Architect converts these needs into the best solution. That is why technical & workflow expertise, a commercial vision and good communication skills are essential.
Once the customer is given the go ahead for this solution it involves a lot of organisation, so a Project Manager will may be assigned who can ensure the whole installation stays on track. This person has to have a talent for organisation and good coordination skills.
The Project Engineer goes on site to install and commission the solution. Thanks to his/her excellent product knowledge and solution-oriented work method, this tends to go without a hitch.
If things do need to be changed at a later date or if there are any minor issues to be ironed out, the Technical Service Coordinator springs into action. He investigates what is causing the problem and if possible will resolve the issue remotely. If required this coordinator can send a Field Service Engineer on site, who will get stuck in and enjoy finding the ideal solution.
The Customer Services Coordinator follows the whole process administratively and ensures the perfect file is stored in the database.
