Newtel Essence Belgium, KPN subsidiary and contact centre expert, have signed a contract with Nextel. Nextel is going to take over the activities in the area of Avaya, Interactive Intelligence and Nice service provision from Newtel Essence Belgium, and will in this way reinforce its contact centre offering with advanced solutions.
Nextel will also take over Newtel Essence Belgium’s existing contracts, including the support. Nextel will thus fortify its market position as ICT and security integrator. All the affected Newtel Essence Belgium staff will transfer as well.
With this takeover, Nextel will bring on board a great amount of experience and competency, allowing it to continue its healthy expansion. In this way, Nextel also achieves a market leader position in contact centre solutions.
During the discussions between Newtel Essence Belgium and Nextel, we mainly looked for continuity for our staff and clients. I am very glad that this continuity will be guaranteed by Nextel.
