  • Objective: Manage the telephony functions of your software optimally to improve communication. Be able to adjust the personal settings. This training course includes explanations about the use in combination with your device (land line, mobile or softphone)
  • Target group: End users
  • Solution: Avaya, Unify, NEC, Acatel, Mitel, Microsoft Skype for Business and Nextel Global
  • Prior knowledge: PC and Windows
  • Duration: 4 hours (2 hours per session)
  • Location: On site
  • Number of participants: Max. 15 per session
  • Content: using the software statuses/presence, chat/instant message, logbooks, consult phone books, calls via contacts, click and dial, recording calls, voicemail, voicemail to e-mail, fax to e-mail, conference, set up and answer calls (set up calls, answer calls, put calls on hold, transfer calls)
